1/27/04 LCCC 2003-04 House Project House. Construction Technology Class completes the shell-in of this years house project.    House plans/drafting provided to LCCC by Bluefeather free of charge.

 

10/17/03 LCCC 2003 Summer House Project House. Class sets floor joists.  These 'open-web' joists were used to create large open floor spaces in the basement.  The joists also allow for easy installation of the 'staple-up' radiant heat tubing.  House plans provided to LCCC by Bluefeather.

The plans for your summer 2003 house project are posted below.  Please encourage students and subcontractors to view/use this web page.  Please fill in the blanks at the bottom of this page with any comments, questions, etc.  

All plans (except site plan and details) are 1/8" = 1'0" when printed on "landscape" letter size paper with no margins.
