Project Name: "Stone Meadows" House
Project Location: Hall Ranch in Centennial Valley, WY Description: This house is located alongside the Laramie River and has a beautiful view of the Snowy Range mountains. Bluefeather is designing the house plans to include roughly 4400 sqft of elite living space and all the necessary 'mountain living' amenities. Bluefeather is performing all the architectural design work, all the construction management and coordination, and overseeing all project field work. This deer comes around regularly to inspect the progress! |

Technology - 2003 House ProjectLocation: 5105 Morgan Drive, Laramie, WY 82072 Description: This is the second house that Bluefeather has drafted for the Laramie County Community College Construction Technology Program. The house should begin construction in late June 2003. The house comes complete with a full basement, radiant heat system, three bedrooms, two baths, vaulted great room ceiling, radon mitigation system, two car garage, and much more... |

Project Name: Built Green Technologies Spec.
House Location: West Laramie, WY Description: This house is a complete custom design prepared for Built Green Technologies, Inc. The house building methods are non-traditional and are specific to the building products B.G.T. provides. Insulated concrete form construction comprises the foundation and above grade walls. Vaulted ceilings on the second floor provide the house with a unique character and custom feel. The house also comes complete with ALL the energy/green technologies and amenities you can count. Construction should start mid summer 2003. |

2002 House Project Location: 766 Evans Street, Laramie, WY 82070 Description: This house has recently been completed and sold this June for roughly $145,000. Over a dozen students completed the project in under nine months, plus classroom time. The custom cabinets, the elite trim work, and hardwood floor really make the house shine. Bluefeather was recently recognized by LCCC for its excellent architectural work and on-site technical support this past year. |
